We deliver
Clean, sanitized bins arrive stacked at your door on your chosen date. A $75 deposit hold is placed on your card at checkout — this is an authorization hold, not a charge. It is released in full when we pick up.

Stack them, fill them, load them. Each 27-gallon tote handles up to 50 lbs with a secure locking lid. Need more time? Contact us before your scheduled pickup — extensions available subject to availability.
We pick up — deposit released
Stack empty bins outside or in your garage on pickup day. We collect them, inspect for damage, and release your deposit hold. You get a confirmation email when the release is initiated.

Common questions
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Not necessarily. Many customers give a garage code or leave a safe spot. Add delivery notes at checkout and we will follow them.
What if I need more bins mid-move?
Contact us and we will check availability for an add-on delivery. Additional bins are billed at the same per-bin rate.
Can I cancel after booking?
Cancel 48+ hours before delivery: full refund including delivery fee. Within 48 hours: rental fee refunded, delivery fee forfeited. Same-day after dispatch: full rental forfeited. Deposit hold is always released on cancellation.
What if a bin arrives dirty or damaged?
Report it within 24 hours and we will swap it out at no charge. We sanitize every bin but if one slips through we want to fix it.
Do I need to clean the bins before pickup?
Remove all contents. Standard dust or minor scuffs are fine — we handle normal cleaning. Excessive soiling or infestation incurs a cleaning fee deducted from the deposit.
